Family Child Care and In-Home Daycare Owner

Hola, I’m Beatriz!

After building and running my own in-home daycare, opening a licensed childcare center, and eventually having my center acquired by a local preschool, I founded Home Daycare Hub to help other women build successful family childcare businesses of their own.

Whether you’re dreaming of starting an in-home daycare in California or you’re ready to take your existing family childcare business to the next level, I’m here to help you turn your vision into a professional, profitable business you’re proud of.

With practical, guided resources and 1:1 daycare business coaching, Home Daycare Hub gives you the tools, knowledge, and support to confidently navigate the process of starting, growing, and professionalizing your childcare business.

Meet Beatriz

I’ve been where you are…

When I became a mom, I couldn't find the kind of childcare I wanted for my own children: a truly immersive, Spanish-speaking environment where they could learn and thrive. So instead of settling, I decided to create it myself.

I jumped right in and opened my own in-home daycare: a Spanish immersion program built around the kind of beautiful, meaningful learning experiences I wanted for my children. What I didn't realize was that running a childcare business meant becoming so much more than a teacher.

Suddenly, I was navigating licensing requirements and regulations while building a brand, marketing my business, hiring and training staff, recruiting families, accounting/payroll, and keeping up with all of the day-to-day operations of a growing small business.

It was a lot!

And at times, all of those responsibilities pulled me away from the part of the work I loved most: creating beautiful, engaging, intentional learning experiences for children.

Ultimately, I figured it out. What started as a small family childcare business evolved into a commercial building that was licensed as a one-of-a-kind Spanish immersion infant and toddler center in North County San Diego.

Looking back, I wish I had had a resource hub like Home Daycare Hub—a place where I could find the tools, guidance, and support I needed to navigate the business side of childcare while staying focused on the reason I started in the first place.

That's why I created Home Daycare Hub.

Now, I'm here to help you build yours.
